Should there be a problem with your purchase please make sure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. Damaged goods will be either replaced or refunded upon return receipt to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item unopened at your expense. On receipt of the goods we will refund you less a handling fee of 15%.

We offer free delivery in South Africa on all orders over R600.00.
All orders to major centres will be sent by courier and outlying centres by South African Post Offices. Orders will be despatched with 24 hours of receipt of payment and you will receive a tracking number or waybill number by email.
Cost of Delivery
All orders under R600.00 will attract a delivery charge of R65.00
We deliver to Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland via the Post Office and these orders, regardless of value, will attract a delivery charge of R180.00
Please note that you may have to pay customs duties when your order arrives in your country.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER
You may pay by EFT. You will be given our bank details when you check out. Please email proof of payment as this will speed up the delivery process.
